I bought a hairloss product (6months as recommended) but the product did not do anything besides taking my time and money to apply. When I reached out to let them know that it’s not working, they tried to sell me another product. I then asked my money back (as mentioned on their website) but they refused to do that so either. Before you waste your money on this scam, think again. It does not work and they will take your money and try to take more until you give up. Stay away!

This company are terrible, they lie and pass the buck.
Their products have severe side effects and when you tell them they email you back with a load of copy and pasted nonsense from google and then say jsut discontinue use.
no effort to eradicate the issues, no effort to offer support.
Once they have your money they couldn't care less. theyre so unprofessional its scary.
do yourself and your body a favour and avoid these amateur's and scam artists.

Like others have said, they won't notify prior to a subscription re-fill (despite me pretty confident I had already paused it) and they will just charge you. Can't return it and they won't refund you. Really slimy practice in my opinion.
Slimy business practices, frustrating to deal with
Products are incredibly overpriced, they get you into a subscription model based on an initial discount. No notification about subscription reorder in advance. Attempting to cancel the subscription around the subscription reorder date goes badly, the customer service chooses to ignore your email until after they have already sent out the order and then they don't accept any refunds even for unopened items.
I would avoid. There are other providers of the same products out there who offer much better service and don't rob you by overcharging for products

The effectiveness of the product and prompt response from Hims really saved me a lot of embarrassment.
Horrible customer service
When I canceled back in November of last year customer support didn't bother to tell me I still had one item that was not reflected on my cancellation. So I was charged another $75 for a product I cannot use. I called in immediately when I received the withdraw notice and they still would not refund me the money or allow me to return a shipment that I haven't even received
I provided feedback that the hair loss…
I provided feedback that the hair loss pills were not working and making me sluggish and lazy. 2 months later I got a shipment notification and they would not cancel even though they had not actual shipped. Negligent.

VINDICTIVE Customer Service Operators
Could not be worse. Order from Hims. No clear communication via email. Very odd website that clearly prioritizes fancy design over functionality and communication to the customer. Called customer service and they accidentally then deleted my order delaying it further. Customer service supervisor has no power or authority to do anything. Beyond pathetic customer experience.
To add some salt in the wound - their customer service never reinstated the order until I called again. Apparently they took my dissatisfaction personally - and acted vindictively.
Furthermore - when I finally get a shipping notice - it indicates an additional 9 days until delivery. Likely too a vindictive action by their customer service.

Very Poor Customer Support
My order was approved more than a week ago but I haven't received sipping details. When contacting customer service they say we are checking and never come back. Have asked for refund of 130 pounds I paid and never got response. Extremely disappointed with customer servive and the company. REFUND MY MONEY. Treatment number qtF1OEBK
Thank you for actioning after all. Your customer support has been unresponsive to my multiples chasers when after 1.5 weeks order did not ship. A simple reply that you were experiencing delays in logistics would have been sufficient instead of leaving customer to think they've been scammed.
Please improve your customer service as I like Hima products and do not want to switch.

Haven't used the product long enough to determine if it works. However, additional shampoo and conditioner subscripts were added without my knowledge or consent. The company says that someone else may have added them to my account, which is bull expletive because no one else has access to it. They are indeed a scam!
I like how easy the process was
I like how easy the process was. MD who prescribed the meds was very informative and really made sure to give me the right milligrams for what my needs require. So far so good on my end and could not be more satisfied and happy.
